  1. Mcdonalds. Go order 2 mcchickens, large fries and a large soda, and eat this at least 3-4x a week. LOL

  2. ^ This with extra of everything!

  3. On it. I'm on an all meat diet. YEEEEEEEEEE!

  4. An all meat diet will actually make you lose weight in a very unhealthy manner.
If you want to become fat simply for the fat, partition your calories so that you intake more later in the day, eating right before sleeping makes you fat instantly.
But if you want to be healthy and fat, do some weight-lifting. Your body will naturally want to eat more.

  5. Hmm. I always did have trouble eating on time and before bed too. Noted.

  6. I eat the most before I go to bed and I'm stuck at 130 lbs X_X
I'll go on a poutine diet and eat until I burst.

  7. I can never gain fat and I my eating habits are that great either..... dang metabolism.

  8. being 95 pounds i can't really say give advice on how to gain weight without anyone knowing me irl cracking up but...
exercise and eating more actually works. i was like 90 pounds three months ago :/

  9. I went from 110 to about 180 pounds. I have a fast metablism so I had to really push it. I found out when I was 110 I was only getting about 1700 hundred calories a day. I steadily ate more and more and became used to eating more. I worked out about 2-3 times a week which could make you lose weight also but if you do what I say it won't in the long run. Eat a ton of carbs and calories and try to get a good amount of protein in also. At about 180 I eat around 4000-5000 calories on a workout day and about 3000 calories on a non workout day. When you eat food for carbs remember that you don't need all good carbs. I split it in half and eat fruit, wheat bread and just healthy foods in general for good carbs. You can drink soda eat ice cream or whatever for the other half of your carbs and it will actually benefit you mass wise if you workout in a healthy way. I would strongly recommend working out if you want to gain weight in a healthy way. I could go into more details about anything yo

  10. u are curious about. I am always here if you have any questions are just want help in general :)

  11. this was like 8 months ago but i never knew anyone who tried to gain weight as much as i do. i've been 135ish for like 4 years, and i've always tried to gain weight by overeating, working out, etc, doing anything possible and nothing would work. recently i decided to see how hard it would be to lose weight. on december 22nd, i weighed 121, lost about 14 pounds. on december 28th, i weighed 132, gained 11 in 6 days by simply overeating, but i haven't gone up since then doing the same stuff. btw since this was so long ago did you gain anything?
