   You should learn to spread. I used to play 2 handed and it started to feel difficult for the harder songs after a while, (I was improving but very slowly) but with spread I learned a lot faster. It didn't take very long to get back up to speed and then I started doing stuff I couldn't do with 2 hand (I used split) easily. :)
