7.5/10 CR

- 17.052: These 2 notes should be further to the right than 16.652 to account for PR. You can easily do this by making 16.252 and 16.652 [1][2]'s instead and making 17.052 [2][3] leading into a [14] with 17.352 being [3][2].
- 20.852: This feels strange not being a jump. The layering is correct here, so it makes perfect sense the way you have it right now, just a subjective note. The PR on the 16th is off though.
- 23.952: Same here, this 16th jump shouldn't be so far to the right.
- 25.752: This note shouldn't be on the same column as the 8th, the 4th after should be on the same column as the 8th though.
- 27.052: PR here is not great, notes should do something like this: 26.452[4] 26.752[2] 27.052[4] 27.452[4] 27.752[2] 28.052[4] 28.352[2] etc. You get my point, that's what the pitch is doing, the notes aren't repeating like you're suggesting right now.
- 29.652: Jump use here is confusing, is it synth + kick = jump? If so, 30.452 shouldn't be a jump, it's quite hard for me to tell.
- 29.952/30.952: What are these notes going to?
- 32.152: This note is probably going to the noise, but I'm not hearing it.
- 37.802/44.202/50.602/57.002: Missing note.
- 40.252/53.052: Jump, don't think it would affect difficulty too much.
- 59.452/60.052/62.652/65.852(etc.): Are these singles because they don't have a chord on them? The layering is a bit unintuitive here.
- 71.852: Why jump?
- 76.052: Chord + kick = jump?
- 81.252: This is a snare so 81.552 should be a different jump.
- 82.052: Here you do have a jump after a 32nd burst, see 40.252.
- 84.452 - 96.852: Jump usage here is very confusing, I can't make much sense of it.
- 84.502: The 32nd graces are alternating between [4] and [3] here, but the pitch is doing alot more than alternate between 2 notes. It's especially noticeable that the pitch is off at 86.052 where you have three [3][4] graces that all have a different pitch.
- 99.702: Missing 32nd.
- 99.752: Why is the 8th after this a jump instead of this?
- 100.052: Arguably a hand, sounds very similar in both sound and intensity to 52.052 etc.
- 101.552: Why minijack?
- 102.652: This should be [12][3] to mimic 102.952.
- 104.552: On [3] to mimic 104.252. You can put 104.752 on [4] to avoid the anchor and the jump after on [23] to avoid the minijack.
- 105.852: Again, one of those inexplicable singles.
- 108.952: See 25.752.
- 109.652: See 27.052.
- 113.052: See 29.652.
- 120.352: Missing note, see 117.552 and 117.952 etc.
- 122.852: Snare, should be different from 123.252.
Song mostly repeats from here and my earlier notes apply there too.

Great file, really funky and fun. A lot of my notes do not detract from the fun of the song, but the layering does feel unintuitive and inconsistent at times.

32.152 - Ghost note. Neither vocal nor static noise here
32.252 - Suggest moving this to [1] for better vocal PR
34.852 - Maybe change this jump to a pattern that at least occupies one of the same lanes as 34.652 to express that similar piano noise between each other
39.652/40.252/52.452/53.052/1:27.652 - Why no jump?
1:28.102 - Missing note. Compare 1:26.502
1:35.252 - Same jump pattern as 1:34.852, but diff noise?
1:38.852/1:39.752/1:41.952 - Why no jump?
1:42.952-1:43.052 - Should be [13]4 like 1:42.652-1:42.752. Same noise
1:44.552 - Should be [3] b/c has part of the same noise as 1:44.252
1:47.552 - Should be [4] b/c has part of the same noise as 1:47.152
1:48.752 - Maybe white note?
1:55.352 - See comment on 32.152
1:55.652 - Why is this in the same lane as 1:55.452?

>>Straightforward & consistent. Could be harder if other stuff was also stepped besides the prominent instrument

Judge Score: 8.00 - Accepted

Thanks for the notes. The main blocker for updating this submission was to write the response, so I'll keep it short: most of the layering is 1 note per instrument. Some of the obvious inconsistencies like 1:45.852 were for difficulty control, but I decided to make it a bit harder, and ended up putting them back anyway. All other notes were also considered and either applied or rejected.

I also realized that the main melody in 1:56.052- occasionally does minijacks so I added them.
