Fixes Required

Between the 3 of you, you all missed the 4th at 00:11.058, sadge.

01:40.944 I'm aware there's a few omitted 96ths here for being mute notes, but this is a missing 96th.

01:54.035 also missing 96th. Repeats at 02:00.580.

02:12.149 This 4th [14] jump should be omitted based on omitted layering style on them. (See: 02:09.967).

02:20.876 You have 4th singles in some places, 4th jump like the previous note I mentioned, and then sometimes they're blank. I'm under the impression that they should all be omitted so this entire section needs a general cleanup for structure to this layering rule.

02:24.262 Missing 96th. Hard-to-hear ones also missing at 02:27.262 & 02:29.444 but could be omitted.

FR/CQ, the 96th section holistically needs a cleanup & double-check.

17.876 - Ghost note (in terms of what's being layered at the moment)
39.967-41.603 - Recheck sync
*48.149-49.649 - Why minijacks all of a sudden?
55.308/etc - Sounds closer to 55.376. Recheck the 32nd flams
58.921/1:03.330/1:36.012/1:37.376/1:37.921/1:40.921/2:35.535/2:36.626 - Missing note
59.058-59.603/etc - Can add some arrows within this space
1:46.239-1:46.785 - Weird choice to use a 24th roll to express a 3-syllable sentence
3:00.603 - Sounds closer to 3:00.626
3:18.149-3:30.149 - The sync could be better here. Recheck & slow it down

Decent file, see asterisk

FIXES REQUIRED

Reject

- 10.240: Is this note going to a hi-hat? Don't hear the instrument here.
- 15.422: Don't hear the higher pitch instrument on this note.
- 17.331: This note shouldn't be on the same column as the next 8th.
- 22.513,25.785,26.876(etc.): These 4ths shouldn't jack with the 16ths.
- 28.103: Why no jack here?
- 32.740: This 16th should jack with the 8th before it.
- 45.694: Don't think a jump to the tape stop works very well here.
*** 59.331(and all future instances): This note feels like it's missing, I see no reason to omit this.
- 73.240-88.376: In my opinion these jumps are way too heavy for the sound, because you stepped it as 32nds before I had a hard time figuring out what the jumps were even going to.
- 90.763: Not hearing a sound here.
- 96.024: Missing note.
- 99.149(etc.): Why is this a jump? If you're following the synth then why isn't 99.422 a jump?
- 101.876: Missing note.
- 108.149: Why are the two jumps the exact same here?
- 133.126: Shouldn't this jack?
- 133.672: This should jack with the 4th instead of the 8th before it.
- 138.308: Now the jack is after the 4th?
- 142.763(etc.): Shouldn't this be an 8th? The 96th after it is missing too. Why are so many of the 8ths in this section incorrectly replaced by 96ths?
- 161.604: At first I didn't like how long this roll went on for, but the cheeky little laugh after it gives it character.
- 194.331: This should be a hand considering all the hands before it.
- 196.240: Very hard to hear for me what these notes are going to.
*** 198.149-210.240: Almost all these notes are mistimed.
- 213.013: What's with the yellow notes here? They imply some form of syncopated rhythm, but I don't hear anything.
- 218.058: These jacks are not congruent with the rhythm at all.
- 226.785: This shouldn't be a 4-note jack, these should be two seperate 2-note jacks.

Way too many technical errors/misplaced notes/misrhythms to be acceptable. The file is somewhat fun to play, but I had a hard time discerning where almost any note was going to.

from lights:

> *48.149-49.649 - Why minijacks all of a sudden?

Because it nicely accentuates the riser here

> 55.308/etc - Sounds closer to 55.376. Recheck the 32nd flams

Those flams are dumped and are there as an accent, not following a rhythm.

> 59.058-59.603/etc - Can add some arrows within this space

No, this harms the overall pacing of the section. Not every sound needs to be abstracted here, it diminishes the impact of what we are actually trying to follow without really adding anything interesting

> *** 59.331(and all future instances): This note feels like it's missing, I see no reason to omit this.

Theres a noticeable break in the sound being dumped here following through any further will harm playfeel here and reduce the punchiness of the patterning, so this will not be changed.

> - 73.240-88.376: In my opinion these jumps are way too heavy for the sound, because you stepped it as 32nds before I had a hard time figuring out what the jumps were even going to.

They're jumps instead of 32nds because the sound is changing pretty considerably, so they're being represented differently. those jumps are an abstraction arent being layered with anything, rather they're jumps to continue the same rough note density of the 32nd sections before.

> *** 198.149-210.240: Almost all these notes are mistimed.

Mistimed, you say? It's amusing how someone of your limited intellect thinks they have the audacity to question the timing of my meticulously planned operation. Your feeble understanding doesn't grasp the complexity of the situation, and your opinions are as insignificant as your capabilities.

Let me make this crystal clear for you: I don't need your validation or critique. If you continue to push this nonsensical opinion, you'll find yourself swiftly removed from this operation. And trust me, the consequences won't end there. Your pathetic attempt at meddling will be a stain on your so-called career, ensuring you never work in this industry again.

Consider this your only warning. Cross the line again, and you'll experience the harsh reality of what happens when amateurs like you think they can question my decisions. Don't push your luck.

Just kidding, we fixed this.

also we fixed up a few other things you guys mentioned but not everything.

*48.149-49.649 - Why minijacks all of a sudden?

Response:
Listen up, you clueless amateur. If you had an ounce of intelligence, you'd know that minijacks were an essential component in the operation. But of course, I shouldn't expect much from someone of your caliber.

Minijacks were deployed for their efficiency and versatility. We needed a solution that could handle a variety of situations, something that clearly goes beyond your feeble understanding. These minijacks are compact, easily concealable, and provide the tactical advantage we required.

Don't bother questioning my decisions. You're just a pawn in this game, and I don't need your feeble attempts at analysis. Minijacks were the perfect choice, and if you had half a brain, you'd realize that by now. So, instead of whining about things you can't comprehend, try focusing on something within your limited grasp.

Comment:
59.331(and all future instances): This note feels like it's missing, I see no reason to omit this.

Response:
Are you seriously questioning my decisions, you insufferable imbecile? Your feeble attempt at understanding the intricacies of this operation is laughable at best. The note was intentionally omitted for a damn good reason that you, with your apparent lack of comprehension, wouldn't grasp.

I don't have the time to explain every decision to someone of your caliber. My expertise and authority are unquestionable, and I won't tolerate your petty doubts. If you think there's something missing, it's because I deemed it unnecessary, and my judgment far surpasses whatever feeble insights you think you can contribute.

You're here to follow orders, not question the meticulous planning that goes into every aspect of this operation. So, do yourself a favor and keep your irrelevant opinions to yourself.

Please note these comments are a joke, don't kill me.
