This chart flows really well, the layering is easy to follow and the dump parts aren't overdone and make sense intensity wise.
- 7.898: I'm okay with most anchors in the chart, but this one seems a bit random.
- 20.351(etc): This should be seperated from the previous 8th note/4th jump. The pitch is different and there's no repetition here.
- 29.408: These hands seem a bit arbitrary.
- 61.200: Even in the context of this batch I don't think these 16ths have any business being there.
- 77.804: Same here.
- 98.983: These notes are not in-sync with the voice.

This might be the most old-school dump I've seen from the batch so far lmao -- the trill use and layering are things that I feel like I'd play from a midare pack or something adjacent to it. It has its charm for sure, but I don't think it's well-suited for FFR because it comes off very fast and loose with how rhythms are being used. Reject from me, but that's mostly because I have a few too many reservations about how it's executed.
Longer points:
- I really don't like how the trills end on [12] or [34] jumps because I think the transition out of them is always super rough, but it's a minor point or a skill issue on my end depending on how you see it.
- I get why you started using hands at 29.407 since the backing synth is more pronounced here and all that, but I feel that there might be a better way of emphasising the synth here than doing a full-blown handstream. Maybe following PR more carefully? Not sure.
* The sample from 39.077 to 39.690 isn't accurately layered. In general, I'm not too fond of sticking to [14] throughout the entire section though there's musical justification for it, I just find it to be a bit too restrictive given all of the patterns that you've put here, which feel really uncomfortable to play due to their outer column bias.
- I'd also make the jacks from 42.615 to 42.898 4-note and 42.992 to 43.275 4-note as well, but I know that it'd break your patterning scheme here, so it's a minor point. It did throw me off while playing though.
* The longer "jen" and "kins" samples from 45.256 to 46.766 should be 24ths. 47.237 shouldn't have a 16th and 47.332 should probably be a double.
* I think the second half has a lot of missed potential in general because it's so much easier than the sections before it. I'd probably use minijacks for the guitar here and try to revolve the section around minijacks. I don't think you have to use a stringent jump scheme like you've done here because the samples are all over the place here, so you can go nuts. Even if you don't want to layer the guitar as minijacks, I think there are some 16th vocal samples worth patterning as minijacks instead of just jumpstream.
* You can place doubles from 1:14.690 to 1:18.652 to the vocal samples and I think you'd be fine, this feels quite empty as is.
Cute chart regardless -- feel that I would've played this a lot for fun back when I was still playing actively :p

ACCEPT.
This is pretty straightforward and relatively tame on the abstract charting. Not the biggest fan of the approach for the heavy (12) repetitions, but I totally get the justification and I'm sure some people will enjoy that. Here are some elements that could be cleaned up since it's otherwise quite good as is:
13.747 & 49.973: The "do this" jumps are quite far from the 8ths and it's pretty apparent when playing. What I would suggest if you decide to change that is to use 64ths on 13.770, 14.006 and 14.195, and then repatterning the entry to the trill as (34)21431242424... like some other repetitions of it.
29.407: Since there is such a big emphasis on the 4ths due to the use of hands, and according to the preceding jumps, these should probably dominate the PR relevance. Having three consecutive (124)s doesn't quite cut it.
45.256: Here it feels a bit weird to continue the (14) theme for "oy" given that there's the clear "yeah" and also because of 46.199 which shows explicitly that the current layering focus is on the "yeah" vocals. Would suggest using (24)s instead.
46.766: Should be a single for the same reasons as above.
55.633: Should be a single.
1:01.860: This 41414 is a bit odd.
1:37.709: PR, better on column 2.

I'm okay with this. I'm usually down for v2s of Silver_Brian files in general. This is a much more appropriate file for this song.
From 1:26.766 to the end I think the patterns should be tweaked so there aren't any 4th or 8th jacks. Doesn't necessarily have to follow any sort of PR, but the sounds don't repeat so should probably be shuffled around a bit.
Don't really have any other nitpicks that haven't been pointed out already. Will be a fun release.

Taking a pass stance for this file.
From its base layering, this file does the job just fine - it's just that I can't get myself to bring up numerous points that are heavily subjective and it would change things around that might not be the one you like, as for a dump file this feels a bit too rigid to my taste. Plays well though, so I'd recommend referring to the points from other judges above for enhancing this file's original intent.
