No from me, the bursts throughout the chart aren't entirely accurate, at 33.965 you use white notes on the 8ths instead of the 4ths, there's use of 48ths in place of 32nds for seemingly no reason(55.449 etc) and you are inconsistent in what you're following. (at 26.348 you put emphasis on the hi-hat all of a sudden, which is fine if you're consistent but then they go missing again in spots like 52.598).

CQ for me based on tightening up some of the colored notes closer to the waveform. Some of these cyan 48ths like 81.699 should come closer to the beat as 64ths instead for example. 59.277 and 126.777 both also have these two purple and cyan notes that don't really fit anything during the snare roll and before the 32nds come in to finish that trap roll. If ignoring start of trap roll, only arrow that should be here before the 32nds come in would be close to 59.512 for that higher whistle synth sound that the following blue and yellow land on at 59.746 / 59.981.

Overall really good structure and layering, main concern is just that the colored notes are slightly too loose behind where they should be.

No

a bunch of smaller things exist in this chart that i would want full judges notes before accepting this into the game.

No
White note colour theory needs to be adjusted because the notes are 20ms off from where they should be. Burst decisions feel generally weird (too lenient sometimes, too aggressive at others, too static sometimes).

3 yes / 1 FR / 4 no
More no than yes. Not 'entirely' divisive (treating this a 5 no vs. 3 yes)
Setting this to 'Rejected'. Although, you are welcome to rating appeal this due to the outcome.
