So, In the old FFR before it dissapeared for a sec, there was a spot where people could download their own songs and put arrows to it, is that still here or was that dropped??

because of legal issues, the simfile database is gone. it's most likely not coming back.

If you're talking about FFR R2, then yes, the simfiles associated with that are gone.
