Re: Political Compass
There are a lot of questions in this thing that are kinda stupid. Like wtf is that question about abstract art? The fuck does that have to do with politics?
Well I did it anyways. Not sure how accurate this is since a lot of these questions the answer to was "I don't really give a fuck" or neutral, neither of which are options sooooo yeah >.> Economic Left/Right: -3.75 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.87

Re: Political Compass
Go look up every time a member of the house or senate has proposed stopping teaching evolution, or requiring that intelligent design be given equal time, and tell me what party they were from.

I am not the most left or libertarian here. I didn't know what protectionism was. Last edited by Cavernio; 10-7-2013 at 09:32 AM.. |

Re: Political Compass
The abstract art question is there because the National Endowment for the Arts provides public funds to arts programs. Some people like this program, but want a stricter definition on what constitutes "art." I can understand thei position because they want their tax money to support art that they actually consider artistic, but as jewpin has eloquently put in response to the argument before, artists have a better idea of what art is than the general public.
It allows someone to take a middle ground stance on the NEA and have an opinion in the quiz.
