Edit: If there was a contest to submit themes, im sure almost every graphic artist on the site would submit one. This could eliminate the problem of not having the graphics.

The making is done by us. He said at one point about an idea where staff would hold a skin contest that would pick new skins to be added for the year.

This idea is freaking great. I think everybody would enjoy it, and personally the blue is getting kind of dull. I'll put a link to this thread in my sig. Oh, and btw I think having to buy skins could take a chunk of credits and some people may complain. So instead of having to buy skins, you could just keep the drop down menu.

Many veteran players who possess 1,000,000 credits wish to utilize their credits so that they don't go to waste. Adding practicality to credit count is one of the good purposes of this idea.
