I know where they all are. I memorized every friggin one. The problem was the 4 packs in the tunnel right at the end (one is a 1up). Can't get all 4.
You have 99 right before the missile launch scene. Get all the light-dash rings there, then the 4 packs in the tunnel and that's all of them. If you have 98 before the launch, you missed the very first one.
I have that level down to a T. I can even write how it goes right now. In fact.
FORWARD Light Dash to rail, land. Across a gap, 2 enemies (skip 1), light dash. Platform with Light Shoes. Many enemies in a chain for homing attack. Take the left route for the golden one and a 1up. Once back on land, it's the aircraft carrier. Bombs everywhere. 3 boosts , then a light dash into another light dash. Some loopage, then duck-unders. Small bit later is another grind rail for another 500. Around that corner is a duck under then a chain of enemies. 10-ring capsule, then a checkpoint which always gives a regular shield if you have all the rings to that point. Roll to gain speed just before the countdown point and break out before the boosts. Up the boost. Jump as far away from the platform as possible, then homing attack. 4 enemies at worst, 2 at best. After that is another boost which I always use and smack into a wall and need to restart. Takes up you another set of rings. Light Dash those and you're near the bumper for the top hold of the missile. Take it. +1500. Easy A. Snowboard in the tunnel, 5 capsules. Small set of rings right before the opening, then boosts to the goal. Total time: 2:30 or less.

It's on top of the big tower thing you climb. After you get to the top, go around to the back and bounce up to the very top, where the secret ring for Metal Harbor is. Every level has one hidden ring such as this.Originally posted by Bahamut-XComment

One time I was raising my baby Chao and I left the controller to grab my hot pockets. When I came back, I was horrified to see my baby Chao being tortured and beatnen and thrown around by my little brother. I promptly beat him, and when I realized how pissed off and horrified I was over this, I cut myself off from getting the Chao key in any level forever. The amount of passion I had for the virtual tykes was simply too much.Comment

They take practically no attention whatsoever, unless you want to make them good.
Took me about an hour to get my BDBBB ranked Chao's stats all to level 99. That includes the hidden intelligence and luck stats.

I have an SSSSS Angel Chao with 99 in every stat. It took a really long time to make, but it ensured that I never, ever had to mess around with Chao in any form ever again.Comment

I'm working on the all-S Chao now.
Omega, it's called learning how to "cheat". There's a spot in the Angelic Garden where the Chao gets stuck. Couple that with a trick you can use to drop animals directly in front of the Chao to give it the ability, but not use the animal. Couple THAT with 2 each of the 5 best animals in the game and you're set.
And tie that all together with the infinite ring trick to buy Chao Fruit to raise Stamina and stats even more... Yeah.
The problem is getting all the "A-rank in one stat" children Chao I have now to Adult phases with S in that stat, then properly mating them... Won't be fun.
