Regarding quest deadlines I've decided it'll be 12 AM server time on the specified day because that makes it 2 weeks for each quest batch.

GS already did the trade, and could you be a little more specific on the Elite Quest? To me it looks like I can get a 2-3-0-4 because that is 9 non-perfects.
