Most of RI is flipping out. Went shopping and there is literally no bread at our local supermarket anymore rofl

I'm at college again so I basically have nothing to worry about. Dorms have backup generators and I live in the same building as the dining hall. Not much more I can do.

If the wind is as bad as they say it will be, we could get the big fun 10 foot drifts.
Could lead to a really fun Tuesday of no classes and throwing snowballs at people on the green...

Long Island isn't too happy about most likely receiving upwards of a 1-2 feet, since usually the bad storms are around 4-7 inches here

About 10 minutes outside of Atlantic City in South New Jersey here. Local reports have us between 10-20 inches.

They seem to think RI is expecting 20-30 inches, but more importantly 30-40 mph winds with gusts 70+, potentially even higher right on the coast

Toronto is also more used to this weather in terms of severity and quantity, we usually get these storms maybe once a year

10pm EST, not a flake dropping from the sky. Went from 10-20 inches yesterday, most recent reports have us at 1 inch if lucky.


We got hosed....



I understand weather is unpredictable, but don't come out with a ballsy 18 inch prediction and pull a Shaggy "It wasn't me" when the storm doesn't do a damn thing and people like myself wonder how you get paid for such a stupidly bold statement. End rant. =)

Definitely still snowing here. Got a nice 6 inches+ so far, and quite windy as predicted.

Not quite the record breaker people were making it out to be, but definitely worth the parking ban for plowing.
There's gonna be a lot of snow and, as usual, nowhere to put it on our stupid New England streets >_>
