In the morning, the townsfolk awoke to scenes of a gruesome battle on the town square. Mrpopadopalis has been slain in the street. An Ax wound prominent in his neck. Next to him lay Arntonach, and further down the street looking like she had tried to escape was Psychoangel691

The bloodshed was a hideous sight, and many townspeople refused to leave their homes for fear that the guard could no longer protect them.

The only ray of hope came from the Town infirmary. Apparently Blindreper1179 had spent the entire night with choof, tending to his wounds. In an amazing display of tenderness and care, Blind had managed to heal Choof's wounds. The old man known as Choof apparently was not dead, he had just been very close to it and Blindreper's care had seen him through the difficult night.
