XP I'd probably also make some completionist goals to fulfill that would be feasible in 1000 years like traveling to every corner to the earth, etc. Some people have mentioned how our brains would have more time to learn more things and to develop more however memory is a funny thing, you forgot things after awhile and you get rusty at the things you don't pratice. But who knows what nee possibilities can arise from a life span like that.
Who's to say memory isn't relative to lifespan? Take cats and dogs for example, they live for a fraction of the length of us, they don't have anywhere near enough mental capacity to be comparable to us, it could just have something to do with cognitive development and all that jazz, but I'd still like to think, if we're going to be living 10x longer than usual, our brains will be able to maintain and store 10x the information.

Stop making one sentence threads in CT.
You can't just ask a question, you need to have input as well.

Keep doing art, do kungfu daily, eventually explore the whole world I guess. Other than that nothing different than what I want to do in a 100 year timeframe, just less rushed.

If I had a thousand years to live, I would work my hardest to learn every skill, master every trade, and fill my head with knowledge by reading books on subjects varying from Philosophy to Computer Programming. I would be blessed to have a thousand years worth of time.

I would become a historian. When I think about the lives of centenarians and everything they have seen, it amazes me. A man who was born in 1913 spent their early years in World War I, saw the Great Depression, and probably got drafted into World War II. He saw the technological revolution of the 50s and watched as many things he saw on Star Trek became a reality. When he was a child it would take at least six weeks to send a letter to a pen pal in Australia. Now he can get online and video-chat with someone in Australia in just a few seconds. He watched cars and computers go from items that only the rich could afford, to items that everyone has.

All that and more in just 100 years. If I could personally witness a thousand years of history, I would be overjoyed.

That's really hard to imagine because if humans lived for 1000 years, society would be totally different than it is now, and whatever cool answer I can give I probably wouldn't actually do in that society. I'm sure I'd fall into some boring, societal norm much like I'm doing right now.

-There'd be no question about having kids then, no trepidation of 'losing' half my life to raising a few.
-I wouldn't stay with one person the rest of my life, or feel compelled to. Too many different people to make unique, interesting relationships with.
-Something like working towards off-planet colonization would be really cool. Be a moon pioneer.
-Space exploration would make more sense too, but I'm not sure I'd be suited for that. It's too much of a lifelong dedication I think.
-Study a subject area in depth, something like neuroscience and brain-computer interaction to create VR. This one speaks to me a lot actually, I could totally see myself working towards something like that. A real mix of art and science and totally fascinating.
-Create and test-run new forms of government. Unlikely, but in a realm of plausibility.

Fear death for the next 975 years and live an ordinary stable life where the goal is to maintain health/comfort and surround myself with all these ambitious people who lives 1000 years and actually do something interesting. It's just about creating all these moments of "I was here when X thing happened and it was really cool". There's no reason to change how to live, 1000 years can probably pass real quick too if you lose the sense of time, but in the end, it's about the same as living 100 years with a longer progression.
