@npv: kinda weird idea and idunno how well it would actually pan out (two sets of judges for in the end the same batch of files). i think i'm going to let this pack die in favor of the other and salvage the good files (most of them). feel free to help provide input as a judge on the dc forums (iirc you're registered there)
