I'm considering between an ignition and energy pad (both foam).

So can someone tell me what are the benefits of energy pads? Do they really have better response times?

However and ignition pad is better than the energy pad. It's harder and you don't tend to stick to the pad. It's more like a hard pad than a soft pad just a lot cheaper.

I have that one but without the paint job. The screws kinda get in the way when your flatfooting so if your doing 16th's you might hit them. This causes them to get loose then your pad wiggles. Also the screws aren't screwed into anything...their screwed into a layer of cardboard. I'm going to try to fix it with some kind of adhesive but I haven't tried yet.

Srry your SOL if your in Canada (like me), personally i try to buy form retailers (dont get much selection though) or find canadain sites (havent had much luck with that). Seriously, i dont know what to tell you except bite the bullet and pay the shipping (but not on that pad you were asking about, i dosent look very good, try this)

I'm still debating whether or not I should just spend an extra $80 and get a metal pad rather than ignition foam.
