In order to view your older sims, you need to delete the newer ones. When I went to delete mine, there was no "next page" or anything, and I guess that hasn't changed now. Tass or JasonKey told me...

Shrink it down to 4 rows again, or fix it in the SM Editor. If you look in the editor, that tap note in the last measure would appear purple, as a 1/12th (2/24ths) note...

That changes the structure of your simfile. You now have 24 rows of 0s when you first had 4. That means the quarter (1/4) notes in your original measure turned into 24ths (1/24). Get rid of those...

Some simfiles will save with extra measures at the end. Open the file in Notepad, and check each difficulty, and delete extra measures. If they're there, they'll be at the end of a stepchart, and...

Really, the SM Editor method should work, but if all else fails, try editing the .sm file. Open in notepad, look for #BGCHANGES and copy/paste/edit this line over it:

Hmm... I would personally expand first, then do the BPM syncing. You can't expand without changing the first (and last) bpm values, so I'd space out the arrows to what I want, then sync them...
