Added rules

I am adding rules to the club.

1. If you join you better check your comments and my profile most days or you will get behind

2. Being away too long will not be good for your reputation in T.A, tell me when you are leaving for a vacation or something.

3. Please be interested in anime as i may discuss stuff like that (naruto new episodes, Etc).

4. I also talk about FFR

5 and 6. HELP GET NEW MEMBERS FOR TOURNAMENTS!
