Everyone Else But Me?

This sounds messed up but ppl are getting skill tokens at a faster rate than me (even though i have 47 :P) there are lots of certain ones i need help with:

Crow Song
MaxX AttaxX
Well pretty much anything in the chain I haven't unlocked (look at my Skill Tokens I might need PA oh wait is that a strategy :P)

Angel Stays on this Ground
Distant Land
