"False Happiness" by Kienamaru Posted on: October 24, 2009, at 01:07:05pm I am slowly entering a state of depression. For a time you kept me cheerful and alive. I've lost touch with you and my life is going downhill. I try to enjoy myself but there is no substitute for love. A choking sadness is swelling up inside of me. I try to occupy my mind but my thoughts only return to you. I'll do whatever I can to remain happy, for your sake. I just want you to be aware...my happiness is fake. There is no one else for me. You are someone I can't replace. You mean too much to me. You are my one obsession. More than you'll ever know... |

This is a very strong poem, hun. Very good at expressing your feelings when you are showing that you feel a certain emotion when you know your love is slipping away from your hands. But whenever it slips, your mind is still focused. I am really glad you focus this poem on that particular feeling because this is something that most people can relate to. Amazing job.
