It's threadworthy if it's a major accomplishment for you, like if you've just AAA'd your first 9 or 10 or you've been trying really hard to get it lately, etc.
If it's just another AAA, no need for a thread, though. The only single scores that are inherently considered threadworthy by everyone are incredible milestone world record SM scores or rank 1-3 FFR scores that few people have achieved.

IMO anything above 1k combo, or a high VC/FMO/FGO AAA is threadworthy. But like Shash says, only if it's an accomplishment to you.
Very nice job on the AAA though!! I remember that song, it's a good one. =)
