Default HENSHIN-A-GO-GO, BABY!

Viewtiful Joe 2!

Woohoo!

Viewtiful Joe 2 boasts the following features:

More viewtiful 2D/3D hybrid action spanning more stages
New second playable character - Now gamers can select Joe's girlfriend, Silvia, who not only struts around with her infamous pompoms but also wields a weapon that fires projectiles to fend off the fiendish foes that she encounters.
Over 40 different types of enemies to obliterate!
More diverse stages to explore - Viewtiful Joe 2 takes players through awe-inspiring detailed environments including a jungle, underground ruins, ancient Japan, snowy mountains and outer space.
Six variations to the Six Machine - Now Joe's trusty aircraft transforms into various shapes to support his activities throughout various stages such as a racer, cannon, drill or submarine.
In addition to the infamous "Slow," "Mach Speed," and "Zoom In" visual effects (VFX) powers, the action is even hotter this time around with the new "Replay" VFX power. Replay a punch for three times the damage. Need to restore some health? Eat a hamburger and replay it so you get three times the effect! But beware, try not to use Replay when getting hit or take on three times the damage
Grab a hold of the enemy to swing and throw them around with vigor!

Woot! Dante!

Anyways, this game is gonna be soooooo tight.

They say This Winter....

The reason I love this game so much is because I heard about it just a day after I was pondering, "Man, if Capcom made a Megaman game with hand-to-hand combat, that would be so awesome..."

And BAM! And I was all like "Holy Crap! Sweetness!'

Viewtiful joe kicks sooo much ass on sooo many levels. the sequel will as well and the next person i hear who says it's kiddie-ish will have three of my personally signed bullets in their thick skull.

Did anyone hear about the special version of the original in japan?
It was too hard even on kids mode for most games so they made an easier difficulty setting and I think they added a couple of movies or something. it probably won't come here- though a version on the DS would be Viewtiful...

Dante is not in VJ2. He is in the PS2 remake of VJ1.

If you ever want to find a trailer for a game, go to www.gametrailers.com. It's a good site.

I love that game!!! Good thing the second ones coming out. I'm also looking forward to Way of The Samurai 2, Jak 3, Ratchet and Clank 3, and many more(all coming out in July). Speaking of that, when does this come out?

The original VJ was revolutionary. Even if VJ 2 is gonna be sweet (which it will) the original will still be better in my opinion for being the game that started it all.

I'm also looking forward to Ratchet and Clank 3 (Up your Arsenal!)

I still haven't managed to play the original, I've got almost no free time and even less money. I did manage to play the demo and I fell in love with it. When I heard that they were releasing both the original and the sequal on the PS2 I just about jumped for joy. I will definately be picking up both of them when they hit the PS2.

VJ2 is gonna be so awesome. The first one rocks. Lets just hope if Capcom goes sequel crazy, the game remains just as cool if not cooler.

OK, let me try to figure something out here, i think Dante is a charachter from the devil may cry series, if he is the person I am thinking of then he actually is in VJ. Whether or not this same charachter appears in the sequel, i don't know yet. But if you beat VJ on very hard difficulty then you unlock the guy from devil may cry to play as and he turns into Alastor, the blade demon (the guy you beat in The Midnight Thunderboy boss fight) as his superhero form.

Also, for those of you who beat VJ at least once, captain blue says that this story has three parts. VJ was part one, VJ2 is part two, so there should be a VJ3. Possibly on the DS or PSP?

Alastor???????? Alastor is his sword. He just turns into his devil form. It has no name.
