Happy Rainbow Token?

If it requires you to get a rank of 1000. Wouldn't at least 1000 people have?
And not 390 people?

doesnt it also require you to look at your level stats? maybe the other 610 forgot.

Average rank is different to FFR Rank. It's the total ranks of all your songs combined. So it's perfectly feasible that only 390 have achieved that so far.

Getting under 1,000 average rank can only be done by playing most of the songs and getting a decent rank on it, until all the ranks added together divided by the number of songs is under 1,000.

For instance, some guy could have rank 4 on Death Piano, but had only played 120 songs out of almost 600, he would not have an under 1,000 average rank.

As of this post there are only 394 with under 1000 rank. The token is to get under 1000 average rank, not to have one of the 1000 lowest average ranks.

The only Achievement Token I didn't already have the requirements for at the time of it's release was Here We Go. Av rank < 1000 = easy
