Michael Mansion
If anyone is willing to listen and even step some of his songs, then I will try and get permission for his music on FFR. I'll probably start playing more often if his music makes it into FFR.
If I had to describe his music... it's happy hardcore. http://www.myspace.com/michaelmansion It's amazing, seriously. |

Re: Michael Mansion
I'm always interested in stepping new artists for FFR, but you'll have to get his permission first!

Re: Michael Mansion
I'm sorry but you're supposed to get PERMISSION FIRST BEFORE YOU STEP SOMETHING.

Re: Michael Mansion
@ above- You can step whatever the hell you want, you just can't submit it to FFR.
I'd love to give something a shot if we had permission.

UnkownMan is the epitome of retardation.
Just so you know, I was wondering whether anyone would step his music because it would be a waste to ask for permission and not get anyone to actually step the songs. Personally, I've never stepped anything and I'd just ruin his songs, seriously. Alright, since a couple of you are interested then I'll go ahead and ask for permission. x] I'm excited. He seems like a really cool guy. |

Re: Michael Mansion
Wewt, I got his permission for two songs. If you want the links to the MP3's so that you can step them just let me know.
The two songs are: There 4 Me (Kurt Remix) <-- Can be heard on his MySpace & Let Me In (Darwin's Hemstock Remix) <-- Can be heard on my profile Last edited by Nyokou; 07-17-2008 at 11:59 PM.. |

Re: Michael Mansion
I've been in contact with Michael Mansion as well, not about this, but about his music in general. His stuff is pretty good. I'd love to see him on here, and wouldn't mind stepping his music at all if no one else wanted to.

Re: Michael Mansion
Truth here. As are the others he put up.
In other news I started on Let Me In. I suppose the most difficult part about it is the fact that the file isn't his official track (it hasn't been released yet) So I had to manually fade out an already abrupt ending. Besides that Syncing steps with her voice is the only challenging remaining aspect of it, seeing as that is like the first 20 seconds of the song. The rest of the song I can already see in my head.

Re: Michael Mansion
It sounds like a lot of the pop UK hardcore being put into the market to day, so naturally, it'll apeal to a lot of people. Being the hard-ass hardcore critic I am (After spinning for 5 years, I damn well should be), I don't like any of this at all. It doesn't have the innovation that UK Hardcore hasn't had since Scott Brown made a comeback in 2004.
tl;dr: It sounds like every single other UK Hardcore track being pumped out today, but I'm sure everyone else will love it. I miss artists like Vagabond. |
