In FL8, in Open>Cool Stuff>Electroconductor-Midnight
One of the channels is FM FX. What is that?

fm = frequency modulation. He set the cutoff knob under FB FILT on the delay effect as an automation clip and does is quick sweep. That's basically all it is in this song.

This effect happens at 2:20 / 95 bars in.
