How many milliseconds are in a second?

And, while I'm in a new thread... what kind of steps are "chaos" steps?

1000 milliseconds = 1 second...
1000 years in a millennium ;p
and Chaos is anything that isnt a 4th or 8th arrow (12ths, 16ths, 24ths, 32nds, etc)[/b]
