Stop asking about them. Seriously, you're not gonna get anywhere if you ask about them. All people will say are the following:

1. There are no secret arrows.

2. They are bugs.

3. Hax0rz

4. Hit random buttons at the start.

Nobody will tell you the exact placement of them, so stop trying. :/
