Looks like it took a while. The amp in the second image looks like an oven.

Re: Some trad. art that pwns (Aka Verr's cardboard stuff thread)
I cut a big strip of 1mm wide cardboard and I cut it into small bits.
I was thinking about that, but I still haven't started. The problem is mainly because of all the thin pieces, it will greatly affect the solidity of the construction. Also I'm running out of damned cardboard :P But now that I (finally) have a job and some money, I'm going to drop by my hardware store and buy some nice equipment, like a friggin metal ruler.

Re: Some trad. art that pwns (Aka Verr's cardboard stuff thread)
Now you just need to make little cardboard people to play the instruments and you could have your very own cardboard band.
That would be awesome. |

Re: Some trad. art that pwns (Aka Verr's cardboard stuff thread)
Well actually I had in mind of making people with correct sizes, etc. They'd be a bit blocky, of course, but that would add to the effect. I've yet to acquire the skills to make them though.

Re: Some trad. art that pwns (Aka Verr's cardboard stuff thread)
Then do that man, honestly, it would be awesome to see.
Go for a whole band. Keyboard - Drum - Guitar - Microphone with stand - Bass guitar (if it's possible to make a distinction with cardboard haha) All with little blocky people. |
