DLL error...help me please

I've re-downloaded three times from three different sources.

After retrying a lot, I ignored it all three times I tried installing. Afterwards, when I run the launcher, it gives me this error.

Have ytou tryed the links from Arch's live journal?

And are you running XP?

I tryed it on my other ME computer and it didn't work.
