RainDrops V2 More harder than expected.

Hi all, I came across a Skill Token today which I had got because I knew I could get it, All and before hold it was branded Difficult, I've come across alot harder songs in my time but jesus... nice job on the arrows, took me way off course but I think it's more harder than Tsugaru 180 which is I believe off the top of my head a song that is Very Difficult and I don't find that song that hard. The way these arrows come is alot harder than that, could this be changed at all? The file record that is not the step files.

Anyone agree who has got this?

(Strawberry was a confusing one but for how long it lasts it should stay how it is.)

Not really, it fits, it's just really annoying to AAA, I've BF'd it so many times it pisses me off, it's more annoying than hard

RainDrops v2 is fine. Got it today. It's kind of hard for a Difficult song. Much more so than Roses and Butterflies.

What I DON'T get is how Takecore of Yourself is labeled as Very Challenging. o.O That thing has got zero streams in it and if I bothered I could FC it already. Compared to songs in Dance 2, this is Challenging at most. I mean come on, how many people can say Takecore of Yourself was their first Very Challenging FC? I know I will soon. =.= And yet I don't even manage less than 20 misses in most other Very Challenging songs.

I think its an upper tier difficult. No VD.
But the takecore of yourself idea is right. It is not a low very challenging its a medium to upper challenging. I agree.

Technically those are small stream-type things before the long break, then it does have a longer stream-into-trill, and after the endless gallops near the end there's some broken up stream with gallops thrown in.

Raindrops V2 is definitely difficult just sort of tricky to do.
Takecore of Yourself is only Very Challenging because, IMO, there are those weird Sharpnel patterns that are more annoying than streams because of the weird absences of notes. The length of the song and number of arrows figure into a song's difficulty as well, and it's definitely like, what, near 3:30?

The difficulty isn't based off stream exactly, what many others in other threads have said about length, speed, bursts, and trickiness of the patterns is what makes a song have a higher difficulty. The songs are rated more on a "How Hard to AAA" scale, and a less so one for combo'ing.

I agree that red alert is a little hard for a VD, but a lot of people overlook the length of songs in accordance to the difficulties. Max Forever would be a tricky/difficult if it were 2 minutesish long, IMO, but the length bumps it to VD. Red alert is what...1:10-1:20? Whatever the length is, it is short enough to lower the difficulty.

Longer length = bigger time area to mess up and get goods etc. = Harder.

Hehe you're funny. I <3 RaB and I AAAd it like 7 times in the same day because it wouldn't record at random times of the day. So then I played a random song and it recorded so I tried RaB again and it didn't record and then lather rinse repeat until the stupid ****ing game recorded it. IMO RaB is mid VD if anything, counting length. XD It's late and I ranted...cool

Umm...maybe once youve gained more skill(which dictates why the song would be harder)then you can do it easily. I remember back when I was new and Max came out, I played it and did great for about 2 minutes but I could never hold through the song for an entire 5 minute period. I went from comboing all the way to failing simply because I lacked the needed endurance. It definitely does matter whether a song is 1 minute or 5. Plus it's not just whether you can do the patterns, but as stated before, whether you can maintain a good PA on them for the duration. I believe the post containing this information was even directed towards you, but you seem to have either missed it or not understood it.
