24th in Europe?

I looked at this page for the first time today, and underneath the "Europe" table read; My Rank: 24

Now, i'm not sure if this is an accurate way of measuring somebodies rank according to their Region, whether it's glitched, or whether Europeans are just plain terrible at FFR.

Somebody clarify plz.

And i've made this thread on this board because if I actually am 24th in Europe at FFR, it's something to : D about.
