if I play a stamina draining song (which there aren't really any on ffr except for strangeprogram maybe) then my wrists/hands feel tired, but it isn't painful at all.

It gets tiring when you first started playing this game but after awhile you usually get used to it and it no longer becomes a problem.

Play draining songs on Stepmania (Anything NVLM, Please Listen, Fury of the Storm, My Spirit Will Go On, gigadelic, and St. Scarhand to name a few) and you'll get an idea for what stamina heavy songs truly feel like.

I don't think my fingers have ever gotten hurt from playing either ffr or sm, unless they were hurt from before. My wrists occasionally get sore, but nothing bad.

Not really, real stamina draining handstream songs are what takes my stamina away, but it takes alot of them.

I think the only song i've played that drains my stamina is Vertex BETA, but after i'm finished, my hands still don't hurt. By the way you should have made a poll about this.

Vertex is fairly tiring, at least the fact the stream goes on as long as it does..But there are SM files that are equally as draining and more so...Granted, I don't find them nearly as fitting or as fun.
Stream generally isn't too tiring until it hits high speeds, fast jumps however, can be...especially when put in the middle of high speed stream.

After 4 years of FFR/SM, my hands only get tired, never hurt. In the first year or so, my hand would start hurting though, but that's because I played one-handed. Then I switched to index and they never hurt. About a year ago I started playing spread, and for about a month my wrists would hurt after an hour or so. But not anymore.

I don't usually get tired. But when I went for #1 Top Daily my fingers/hands/wrists killed.
But under normal circumstances my fingers don't hurt. |

As I'd mentioned in a previous topic, my pinky finger starts to hurt after a while because I naturally lock it in a position to keep it out of the way.
