![]() I was playing FFR, R1, when I noticed that I didn't have many purchased songs. So, I go to the shop and buy a song to add to the 3 or 4 others in my purchased section: Party4u-Holynight Remix V2. I go to play the song, and realize that my previous speed mod of 1.75x was reset to the painfully slow 1.0x So, I boo out the song, and set my speed mod to 1.75x I then realized how crappy the background was, and wondered how many people had AAA'd the song. Of course, only MrRubix. So, I hit the try again button, and watch the first couple of arrows scroll up the screen. They are moving, what it seems like, a 1.0x pace, but are spaced out like they would be on a 1.75x speed mod. So, I play the song a couple more times, and the same thing happens. I decide to hit the "New Song" button, and go to play the song again, with my 1.75x speed mod. The arrows are moving faster again, and I fail miserably, PA and combo wise.
I'm just wondering if this is a one time only glitch, or has happened to other people. I, myself, appreciated it, and would have more if it was an easier song, because I might have been able to AAA it ( ![]() |

![]() There's a sticky about this.
When you replay it has slowdown. I believe the only way to FC is with the slow down so the 0 framers become 1 framers. Or two framers or whatever I can't FC it myself... And MrRubix didn't AAA it. EDIT: No wait he did... |

![]() Eh, you can FC and AAA it without using the slowdown. There are no 0 framers or 1 framers in it.

![]() Only 2 2-framers. They are the 2nd and 3rd jumps in the 46-46-46 jumpjack. No 0-framers, no 1-framers, entirely possible to AAA(2) with slowdown, seeing as Shash has 2-1-0-0 which he got without the slowdown.
And I got a bf(3) with the slowdown. |

![]() I got my AAA using the slowdown if it makes any difference.
And yeah there are only two-framers in a couple jumpjacks near the middle-end of the song I believe. The song's EASIER with slowdown because it's just that -- slower. Hitting slow framers are easier than hitting fast ones. Also, the background to that song SUCKS and makes it very hard to read a song that is nothing but blue notes. |

![]() Alright, thanks for the advice everyone. And yeah, I probably should have read this section's FAQ before I posted this.
I've yet to learn. Common sense seems to ignore me. So instead, I urge everyone else to use it =) Last edited by RubiedCross; 10-15-2007 at 03:10 PM.. Reason: Common sense. |
