Uhh, several things. I have not looked at all of these pages yet, but notably I enjoy beatMario's songs, but cannot find out where to download/purchase the songs from. I may just be bad at navigating Japanese sites, but I cannot find the music on their site.

Secondly, I've only heard the Sleeping Terror song from the SMG Pack, but I really enjoyed it and assume the artist's other music is of the same caliber. I don't know how realistic permission is. The artist I believe is JUN.A, alias sound sepher.

And of course permission for ZUN would be sweet.

EDIT: Oh, I think I found beatMario's music. Nvm

Some of them don't put their music on their page, because those songs are on their CDs.
You need to get them somewhere else (CD, P2P, simfiles, other sites, etc).

I couldn't get permission from ZUN.

It's almost impossible to get permission from companies for free, including most of major labels.
