Default LARGE BUG! tested on 5 diff computers!

heres a bug thats been happening for a while and annoying the hell out of me.

Whenever i click on a song in FFR, the song loads, like it always should.

But lets say i chose the wrong song huh?

If i reclick the little circle that brings me back to the song grid to choose a new one

nothing happens!

about a year or so ago i remember that being able to happen

where once you accidentally click a song, you can click the category circle and get out of it to choose a new one.

please fix this! its been tested on 2 of my comps, my schools comp, and 2 friends comps.

I am not so sure this is a bug. I think that they actually made it do this for various reasons.

I think it was to fix a major bug in Multi player. I don't much like it ether, but whatever.

it isn't a bug... as was mentioned, this was done to fix a much more serious issue.

we realize that it causes a bit of frustration from time to time, but compared to the other issue, it's much much better.

I click the circle to go out of category after song starts to load and it always works fine.

not for me lol

once a song starts, you either have to refresh the page or you have to wait for it to load, and then die, and then find the intended one ALL over again!

it really makes me mad

you should make it so we can do it again, now that you fixed the multiplayer thing you should fix this because sometimes it just makes me go insane.

and if it was intended to make it so we would have to go out and repick ALL over again

then to FFR people- that is a retarted addition to the interface

thank you

as i said... it's a small price to pay to fix a much larger issues. clearly, we'll continue to work so that we can have the best of both world's. but, realistically, this is a small issue now.

my advice.... make sure you know which song you want to play before you start loading it. i don't think that is that tough of a thing to do. i've played over 27,000 games of FFR and can't ever recall accidentally picking the wrong song. i go through the list, decide what i want to play, and then load that song. it's very simple.

the only issue i've had with this personally is in MP where my opponent decided to pick something else after i started loading his initial song. and yes, that is a wee bit annoying, but that's about it. a small minor inconvenience. either he goes back and loads the song i'm loading, or i have to F5 and come back. *shrugs*.

Maybe you should just pick the correct song in the first place..... Problem solved.
