I bought a tablet, personally. There are some really nice ones that cost <$100 if you research what you're looking for (assuming you don't have one and would like one).

Well, you can't buy anything too extravagant with 100 dollars, unless you buy something that shouldn't cost you 100 dollars, but does...like a 100 dollar cigar. Or a 100 dollar bottle of wine or liquor. Or a 1000 foot long cat5e cable. Or a novelty human-sized bottle of Coca-cola.
