We have the r21 itg2 and I lost my flash drive so I went out and bought a new one but I have a question when you put a usb in a itg it makes a new folder called itg2 can I just make a new folder or do I need to put it in the machine to make a new folder?

...back from the dead.

I'd guess that either way would work, since the machine would probably be looking for the folder path E(or whatever):/itg2/blablabla.

I honestly forgot what all was inside the itg folder besides songs and stats so can I just make a folder called in the groove 2 and inside that folder another folder called songs and put all my songs in there?

it creates all the folders for you. at least thats what i did. then if it doesn't create the extra folders for you for example...songs,edits etc. then thats when you can create them. but go ahead and try ^_^

Stop being stupid.
Just put it in the machine. And don't worry about it. So you wont have your songs one time for a round of itg. BOOHOO! Just go stick it in the freakin' machine.

you have to put it in the machine, you cant make your own folder at all, even if the stuff is exactly the same as your card with the stuff on it
if a ITG2 machine didn't make the folder, it wont read it even if you copy paste or something Edit: i know this from experience from when i got a new usb, unless i screwed up, which isn't likely |

Are you people that dense?
Yes you CAN create your own folders in your USB card before loading them into the machine. If it doesn't work then that's your own fault! |
