New FFR Videos

i got some new video's for youtube by camstudio since my webcam quality sucks too bad to see what's going on but it says im over the size limit or something when i go to put them on youtube. can anyone shrink them down for me? i'm on aim.

Lump, do you have windows movie maker all you need to do is use that and it will shrink the size of the video for you to the best quality thats what i use to upload videos.
