I have a problem

When I got to my profile the chat window doesn't come up anymore, and there is someone else's pet in with mine and when I try and find the person's profile it says no results match.

And about the Profile Chat.
Check your Edit my profile and make sure the "Hide ALL Profile Chats" box isnt checked.

Okay, but why is his pet in my thing and why can't I see the chat box?
