you can choose how to play, 2 handed, 1 handed, feet, nose, ear, mouth, spread. It's all up to you.

jk Many prefer spread, however I like one hand. You just gotta try them all and see what works best for you.

try ur left index on the left and ur right index, middle and ring fingers on (in corresponding order) down,up and right i did that than i got in to index kinda.

um, am i giving the only serious answer here?
1 hand: on all 4 arrow keys 2 hand: use 2 hands to do whatever index: use ur 2 index fingers split: use index of 1 hand and index and middle of the 2nd spread: index and middle of left hand on arrows, index and middle or right on 6 and 8 of num pad

Lol, I played SuperMario 8bit eight by clicking the "Goal arrow" i got like 2 misses due to the doubles lol..
anyways, pretty much put your fingers were you feel, of course meaning some were on the Left,Down,Up,Right keys.
