It is a black 80 gig ipod video with the normal ipod os, ipod linux, rockbox, the entire wikipedia on my ipod, tstep which is a dumbed down version of stepmania, doom, a gameboy emulator which is almost full speed, and lots of other stuff.

See, when you have so much space on your iPod that you're uploading wikipedia onto it, you know you've wasted your money.

I've had an iPod. Didn't think much of it. The software kinda sucks and it fell apart after a year. I never bothered replacing it though. Got a Sony mp3 player now, which is much better.

Yes you can get the original doom on your ipod, and if you get it working right, doom 2 and a bunch of other .wads aka different games running on the doom engine. I have this one these two people made of if I remember correctly their school and after they made it they went and shot people during school. PM me your AIM screen name or GMAIL account name and I will help you through AIM or google chat. Or you can google Rockbox and install it from there. But for the love of god install the bootloader so you can choose between apple os or rockbox. On the rockbox website the rockbox 64 mb. version is for 5.5g 80 gig ipod videos.
