I'm slowly realizing that the reason I haven't been getting any better is because of my 8 year old keyboard. So I'm saving up to get a new keyboard.
What kinds would you guys suggest for FFR needs? I don't really like Flat keys, but If its good I'll go for it. Thanks for your opinion =)

Run down to a store where there are display models. Mess around on them and then choose based on that.

do you play one hand or two. I'd get one made by lodge tech but not wireless, there's a gap between when you hit the key and when it registers.

I have a factory Dell and factory HP, both are alright for FFR and SM. You should be fine with some cheap KB.

I have an old (at least 7 years) HP wired keyboard that's not horrible performance, but I think there are some problems which are slowing it down (one problem is it can't hold down more than 2-3 keys at a time, which makes it suck for FFR2).
A logitech wireless keyboard I have is really bad... not only might it be the fault of the wireless, but another big problem was the buttons would be very hard to press repetitively, especially in fast succession it's near impossible. I'm wondering how the tarantula fares. I don't think I've seen any place which puts out display models of Razer stuff, or even have them in stock! (I typically find stuff like that online) Last edited by Xapti; 06-15-2007 at 07:51 PM.. |
