Your goal is to get the worst possible passing score. You can join in whenever you want, as many times as you want. New rounds are whenever the hell I feel like it. Submissions are closed only when a new round starts. You may submit as many scoars as you would liek. However, if you submit n times, only the ceil(n/2)th submission will be taken. If you don't know what that means, it means I hate you. The tournament ends whenever I get bored, and the person with the lowest passing score on whatever song is being played at the time wins da turnamentos; all previous rounds do not matter.
