DL'ing simfiles for Stepmania from FFR

I just downloaded winrar and can download the SimFiles but I don't know how to make them appear on stepmania. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Help is appreciated.

Read the stickies in this forum. I believe someone of your age should be able to tell which one from their titles.

The stickies don't really help. They tell me I can DL from FFR, however, they don't tell me how to get the song onto Stepmania, I DL'd a song and I got it, but it doesn't show in stepmania.

Well, Doug is right... There are already plenty of places in this forum that your question has already been asked, and answered. But, since you seem not to be able to find the answer on your own, here it is for you:

1) Open your StepMania folder on your hard drive. (If that's too complicated to figure out, maybe you should abandon playing StepMania.)
2) Open the folder labeled "Songs".
3) Open the folder labeled "All Songs", or, if no folder under that name exists (which I assume it doesn't, because if it did, you would know how to do this), create one with that name.
4) After unzipping the file you downloaded from FFR, place the folder containing the song, stepfile, graphics, etc. into the folder labeled "All Songs".

That should do the trick.

Thanks, it was a PC error, not sure how, but I finally got it after a defrag, virus scan, deleting a bunch of **** etc. Think the PC was just messing with me
