Become a soccer referee. I started that when I was thirteen, and they'll take people even younger than that. Only work weekends (until you've got more experience and can do high school/college games) and you can make decent money. It's no job, but for a tournament you can make an easy $150 in two days.

Soccer ref is the best job choice, but if you're not already a soccer player then good luck.
Alternatives? Join mysurvey.com. Just BS pretty much everything except your name and address because you'll get checks by mail. Oh, and say that your parents/people in your house don't work for any of the career choices you get to choose from due of competitive reasons with the surveys you'll get. I haven't had as much luck as two other people I personally know who use it, but one got about $10 in two weeks and the other accumulated about $25 in two months. It took me forever to get a $10 check rofl =( Ask me for an invite so I get $1.50. ;D ;D ;D

Look for jobs around town or in the help wanted section of a newspaper. You never know what you may find.

Selling stuff is a good idea. I trade for hundreds of dollars a month for stuff I don't use. Then I buy more stuff I use for about a week. Let it collect dust... then sell it again!

Ebaying off your stuff is cruel to your parents if they buy you a whole bunch of stuff you ask for. But yeah, it does prove to be a good source of income. I just never tried it.
