Anyone Help please?

I need someone's help (preferably that has made a stepfile for FFR). I have made 2 stepfiles on SM and want to upload to FFR or send it to one of the admins to see if they could put it on FFR, does anyone know how to do that?

EDIT**: Anyone?

Make sure you have permission for the songs, then zip or rar them and email them to tasselfoot@gmail.com
