Ok this is one of the stupidest things i've ever seen. Wth is wrong with our goverment. People can do what they want when they want among themselfs. There are so many ways this case is rediculous. Now if the guy raped the girl or something, thats different.

What do you mean what's wrong with the government? That's child pornography, no matter who took the pictures. And even though they weren't going around showing all their friends, the pictures were still distributed (even if just to each other, via email) and other people found out about them.

It's child porn, something pedophiles drool over.

There is some murky water here, I realize, what with doing things in your own home and whatnot, but there's really not enough information here to just blow off what the police are doing as idiotic.
