what is dwi, and were do u download it?

A song that you play in a DDR simulator.

It's also obseleted by an sm file, which does the same thing, only better, and easier to understand.

DWI stands for Dance With Intensity. I've never played it before, but I assume that it's another DDR simulator, like SM.
