HOw do I export my files to ZIP so I can upload them to FFR?

You can't export files to zip. What you can do is download a program that will compress your files into a zip file. 7-zip is a good free compression program.

Right click the file go to send to compressed folder.

This way is more efficient than installing a .zip program.
