making stepfiles?

I frequently read the forums (everyday) and i do not recall hearing anything about making your own stepfiles. I know you guys (mods and programmers) are busy, and EVERYONE just seems to think that if we ask you a million times to add more songs, that it will just happen. So I sugest that you could release a tutorial on how to make stepfiles, or even leave an explanation how to and give us the program you use. And I personally have more than enough time to learn how to make stepfiles, and even come up with a few good ones, once somebody (anybody) thinks they have a good enough stepfile to appear on ffr, than that person can give it to somebody like synthlight, nestlekwik, archowl, etc. And of course if (synthlight for example) likes the stepfile, than he/she can add the song to the game for everyone to enjoy. Well what do you think??
